LEARNING APPLICATION – SCAFFOLDLEARN

A BREAKTHROUGH IN LEARNING FOR STUDENTS

ScaffoldLearn is a revolutionised e-learning application that not only helps students learn but remember what they learn. Students build consistent learning through regular practice, acquire content mastery from foundational to advanced knowledge, and achieve long-term memory learning retention through AI technology.

Problem why students are not learning

LACK FIRM FOUNDATION

Students unable to understand and grasp new concepts or apply higher knowledge

INFORMATION OVERLOAD

Students cramp too much information at once. The mind goes into “cognitive overload’ which slows down or stops learning.

UNABLE TO RETAIN LEARNING

Students learn and forget because the Law of Forgetfulness states that one will forget about 75% of what was learnt after one day.

ScaffoldLearn –Addresses students’ learning gaps

BUILD FOUNDATIONAL TO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE LEVERAGE ON PRIOR KNOWLEDGE BITE-SIZE LEARNING MASTERS AND RETAIN LEARNING

ScaffoldLearn builds up students’ knowledge progressively from foundation to higher knowledge to ensure that students have firm footing as they progress higher in their knowledge ladder and achieve more complex knowledge application.

ScaffoldLearn leverages on prior knowledge which makes it easier for students to learn new things. Students connect new learning to what was already known in the brains, hence bridging a connection between the old and new information, making learning easier and faster.

ScaffoldLearn works against cognitive overload by imparting small and manageable bite-size knowledge which makes learning easier and effective.

ScaffoldLearn uses Artificial-Intelligence- Enabled Adaptive Learning (AI-AL) technology to track and adapt students’ practice set according to their learning progress. If the student does not understand or forgets a learning point, ScaffordLearn uses a proprietary knowledge retention algorithm to remember these skills that he/she is weak in, to appropriately space out the timeframe for revisiting these skills. Such continual learning reinforcement via spaced learning has been proven to slow down forgetting process and enhance long term information retention.
